In theProcess of forgiveness, we convert the sufferingCreated by our own mistakes or as a result of being hurt by others into psychologicalAnd spiritual growth. Though the attitude ofForgiveness we attain happiness and serenityBy letting go of the ego's incessant need toJudge ourselves and others.
